Services
Four services. Everything else is a distraction.
We build and maintain production software. We are not a design agency with engineers attached, and we do not take on work we cannot staff with senior people.
In detail
What each service actually includes.
Deliverables, not adjectives. If something is not on these lists, ask and we will tell you whether we do it.
- 01
Web & Product Engineering
Platforms, SaaS and storefronts built to be extended.
- Product discovery and a scoped, estimated build plan
- UI design in Figma, then a component library you own
- Full-stack application with typed APIs and real test coverage
- Admin tooling so your team is not dependent on us for daily operations
- 02
Mobile Apps
iOS and Android from one codebase, without feeling like it.
- App architecture, offline strategy and state management design
- iOS and Android builds from a single codebase
- Push notifications, deep linking and in-app payments
- Offline-first data sync where the use case demands it
- 03
AI & Data Solutions
LLM features that survive contact with real users.
- Use-case assessment with a cost and risk estimate before any build
- Retrieval pipelines over your own documents and data
- LLM features with evaluation suites, not vibes
- Guardrails, human-in-the-loop review and graceful fallbacks
- 04
Cloud, DevOps & Support
Infrastructure you can sleep through the night on.
- Infrastructure audit and a prioritised remediation plan
- Infrastructure as code, so environments are reproducible
- CI/CD with automated tests, preview environments and safe rollbacks
- Monitoring, alerting and log aggregation that a human will actually read
Engagement models
Three ways to work with us.
Which one fits depends on how well defined the work is, not on how large it is.
How we work
The same four steps, whichever service you buy.
The service changes what we build. It does not change how we run the engagement.
- 01
Discover
We start by understanding the business, not the feature list. Two weeks of interviews, system walkthroughs and constraint mapping, ending in a scope we are both willing to sign.
- 02
Design
Architecture and interface designed together, because the two constrain each other. You see clickable screens and a data model before a line of production code is written.
- 03
Build
Two-week cycles with a working deployment at the end of each one. You review real software on a real URL, not a status report. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
- 04
Grow
Launch is the start. We monitor, fix, measure what users actually do, and either keep building or hand over cleanly to your team. Both are fine outcomes.
